A lot has been made in New Jersey over public employer unions.
On the surface, it appears the current administration wants to cut them down to size, and, on the same surface, it appears all public employees are on board with their unions.
That is not the case, as this blog will demonstrate.
We'll be talking to state employees -- on record -- about how they feel their union fails them. We're also open for comments -- we understand if it's your desire to stay anonymous.

ReplyDeleteThe Martin House Learning Center has become a cesspool ever since the new CEO has taken over. First of all she slept her way to the top, by sleeping with the chairman of board fundation John Slapp. She is a overbearing, high maintenance, power tripping, arrogant woman.
She came in and destroyed the MHLC. She fired the Executive Director for no just cause. This man created all the programs in the Martin House for the past 15 yrs. She got rid of the book keeper while she was out on maternity leave. She fired the secretary just to give the job to her niece. She is hiring her son and his friends to run the summer camp program with no experience at all, the last time I checked that was nepotism. She firing people to put her family members and friends in positions. She fired the computer teacher, the bus driver and the security guard, just because she got the power. All this people have been working there for 5 yrs. or better.
The MHLC is going down hill. She is closing down programs that been running for years. Like teen nite basketball for the youth to keep them off the street. Their was a open house basketball to the public she also stop that. The Christian Men basketball league. And the correction officer was coming into the community to give back to the youths. She shut down all types of basketball camps for the kids in the community. She even cut down on the size for the positive youth basketball league. She cancelled the youth bible studies, and the couter classes for the kids. And true be told, some of our youth needs these computer classes. These kids have no other alternative, but the streets now. Ms. Robinson is not for the community and she is not a pleasant person. She has her own agenda and she is out for herself. If your not Moses Knotts or Anthony Shelman who by the way she sleeping with. You are out of here. Now Anthony Shelman is second in command because he is sleeping with Ms. Debra Robinson!
And the sad part about this whole mess is Father Brian is sitting back watching the MHLC go to hell. I really Father Brian sold out the Martin House for some money, and he is probably sleeping with Mr. Robinson also. The integrity of the MHLC is tarnished.
This is the new history of the Martin House. CEO-Debra Robinson slept her way to that position, because you don't go from getting fired from DOC for theft by deception to the CEO! Second in command- Anthony Shelman got kicked out the NFL for embezzlement to become the second in command in running the MHLC. Third in command- Moses Knotts- A retired state trooper- Is messing with some of the boys in the boy scouts, and yes he is gay! But that the MHLC for you!!!!
